Supporting a Loved one through recovery
Whether you are a newbie on this journey or have been supporting your loved one through years of treatment and countless relapses, this is the right group for you.
This is not a support group.
This is a private meeting where family members of those struggling with substance use disorder can learn effective coping skills and tools.
Substance use disorder is the umbrella under which numerous issues tend to fester:
-Lack of trust
This to name just a few issues without mentioning the health effects, some of which are: stress, sleepless night, and anxiety.
-The recovery process
-Your roles within the recovery process
-How to manage your triggers to generate the results that you want.
This meeting is only for those who are truly serious about committing to recovery because they understand that their loved ones need all the help and support as much as possible to maintain recovery.
